Steps:
Lift the print head slightly after power off.
Wipe the heating element in one direction with alcohol (avoid rubbing back and forth).
Close the print head after the alcohol evaporates.
Use high-quality thermal paper/ribbon (reduces wear from foreign matter).
Avoid long-term continuous printing (take a 10-minute break every 2 hours).
Clean the rollers and paper path regularly (prevent dust accumulation).
Direct thermal: about 50-100 km (paper length).
Thermal transfer: about 100-200 km (related to ribbon quality).
Confirm the printer model (such as EPSON TM-T88V).
Choose products with the same voltage and interface specifications.
Prefer gold-plated contacts (anti-oxidation and more durable).
